WHEB Asset Management is delighted to be appointed as the fund manager of the iMGP Sustainable Europe Fund, effective 1st July 2022.

iMGP Sustainable Europe is a compartment of the iMGP Funds UCITS SICAV, managed by iM Global Partner Asset Management, a Luxembourg based and CSSF registered Management Company.

This new mandate represents an evolution of WHEB’s investment capabilities from our traditional expertise in global equities investing in positive impact themes, as the iMGP Sustainable Europe fund will be focused on European equities.  WHEB’s investment philosophy and process will remain unchanged with our research-based bottom-up investment approach, focused on mid to large companies whose products and services are solutions to sustainability challenges.  All of the EU domiciled UCITs funds we manage are classified as Article 9 under SFDR.  This common investment strategy is applied consistently across our fund range by WHEB’s single investment team.

George Latham, WHEB’s Managing Partner, said:

“We are really excited at WHEB to be appointed to manage the iMGP Sustainable Europe Fund.  Over nearly two decades the team at WHEB has pioneered and evolved the way we invest in companies which are solving sustainability challenges for positive impact.  We are really looking forward to working in partnership with iM Global Partner to make WHEB’s investment strategy available as a European equity portfolio”.

Jamie Hammond, iM Global Partner CEO UK and Head of International Distribution said:

“I have known of WHEB for many years, as one of the early and dedicated sustainable impact managers. They have excellent recognition in this space and have won numerous industry awards and accolades. I am delighted that they will become the new manager of the iMGP Sustainable Europe Fund and look forward to working with the WHEB team to bring their expertise to our international client base”.

Philippe Couvrecelle, CEO and Founder of iM Global Partner, said:

“We are delighted to work with WHEB Asset Management which is a pioneer in impact investing and also shares many of the same values as iM Global Partner. WHEB has sustainable investing in their DNA and we are confident they will meet the highest standards when managing the fund.”
